Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION MANWALK

 We currently ship to USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and India. Our shoes being MTO are mainly shipped to the customer from Spain. However, some products might be shipped from the country of purchase.  

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address, with a business name. The best address to provide is one where someone will be present to sign for the delivery within business hours. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by the carrier and you will need to contact the courier provider to arrange a re-delivery or visit your local post office. Parcels will not be left by the courier unattended, without a signature.


SHIPPING TIMES

Our shoes being Made to Order (MTO) are usually delivered between 2 and 4 weeks. We have two types of MTO Shoes:

1. Std MTO: Delivery of these shoes usually takes around 4 weeks. However, in certain circumstances it may take upto 5 weeks.

'Std MTO' collection has a wide variety of offerings which is considerably more designs than 'Xpress MTO"

2. Xpress MTO: Delivery of 'Xpress MTO' shoes usually takes around 2 weeks. This collection has lesser designs that 'Std MTO' However, in exceptional circumstances delivery can take upto 4 weeks.

Our customers The above shipping times do not factor in delays due to any Custom clearances.

TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE

Confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped, including a tracking number and courier provider name (usually DHL). 


ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

We ship our products to the customer directly from Spain in most cases.

SHIPPING RATES

First shipping is complimentary for all orders. Return shipping will have to be paid by the customer.


SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For shipping charges on returns and exchanges please refer to our returns policy. Free shipping does not include any Customs or other charges, taxes, levies by the Government's of your countries. if any.
Our customer's in the US, australia, Canada & New Zealand have rarely faced any issues in the past due to customs. Though, customers from India are likely to face customs charges.
