SHIPPING INFORMATION MANWALK

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address, with a business name. The best address to provide is one where someone will be present to sign for the delivery within business hours. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by the carrier and you will need to contact the courier provider to arrange a re-delivery or visit your local post office. Parcels will not be left by the courier unattended, without a signature, please call customer support, for Australia Post parcels 13 76 78, for FedEx 13 26 10.


LOCAL SHIPPING TIMES

We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible however please allow 2-5 business days to for dispatch processing and delivery. There may be delays during sale events, as we expect a high volume of orders to come through at this time. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for any shipping enquiries at help@manwalk.com.au


TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE

Confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped, including a tracking number and courier provider www.auspost.com.au

 

LOCAL SHIPPING METHODS

Once your order is picked and packed, all orders shipped within Australia will be sent by standard delivery service by Australia Post.
Please allow up to 5 business days for remote areas.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

Manwalk currently does not ship internationally. However, this is likely to change in the near future.

 

SHIPPING RATES AUSTRALIA

Shipping within Australia is complimentary for orders over $100. A charge of $15 applies on all other domestic orders.
