Returns policy

Manwalk endeavours to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or you have changed your mind then you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

We can only accept for exchange items that are in original factory mint condition and packaging. Shoes must not have any scuff or wear marks on the upper or outsole or any other areas, and must be unaltered. Belts that have been shortened or have holes added, or altered in any way are ineligible for returns. Wallets and bags should also be in original and factory condition without any scratches, scuff marks, damage or alterations. Items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please use a soft surface such as rug or carpet to try on your shoes, which will easily scratch if you walk around on hardwood or concrete.

If you are not sure if your items satisfy the condition requirement, please email us to ‪help@manwalk.com.au with a picture of your item. Make sure to include in the subject line: CONDITION INQUIRY ORDER # [INSERT YOUR ORDER NUMBER]

We strongly encourage you to take pictures of your items before shipping them back to us. For shoes, make sure to take high-quality pictures of both the upper and the outsole so that the entire surface area is visible.

Faulty Items

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Manwalk. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may seek a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We exchange items due to change of mind and within 14 days of purchase. Please send us an email at help@manwalk.com.au and we will guide you through the process.

Sale & Multi-buy Offers items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All discounted products including items bought with promotion codes online or part of a promotion in-store/online, sale items and multi-buy offers are non-refundable for change of mind, unless received damaged, faulty or sent incorrectly. We are pleased to offer exchanges for all items on promotion, sale or purchased as a multi-buy offer to the value of items returned/exchanged within a 14 day period from purchase. This policy also applies to Afterpay orders. 

Pre-Order Cancelations

All items purchased in pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund up until the time of shipment. After the item has been shipped our standard return and exchange policies will apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase..

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

If the shoes are purchased at full price then the first exchange shipping cost is complimentary, however any additional exchanges made after the first one, will incur a shipping cost which has to be borne by the customer. Free exchange and return shipping would not apply if the products are purchased at a discount of 10 percent.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
